Pocket TCG Ranked Leaderboard

These Terms govern your use of the Pocket TCG Ranked Leaderboard bot ("the Bot") on Discord.
Service Description¶
The Bot parses ranked game screenshots submitted by Discord users and maintains seasonal leaderboards.
Acceptable Use¶
By using the Bot, you agree: - Not to submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content. - Not to attempt to bypass duplicate detection or otherwise abuse the service. - To comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and your game’s publisher’s terms.
Availability¶
The Bot is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time.
Premium Features¶
Some features may be offered as paid services (e.g., persistent history, exports, advanced stats).
- Subscription details, pricing, and features will be listed in the documentation.
- Subscriptions are per server unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Data Processing¶
By using the Bot, you grant permission for your submissions to be processed in order to operate the leaderboard.

Liability¶
The Bot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination¶
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Bot, or as otherwise deemed necessary.
Governing Law¶
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
